Sessions

Each 2 hour session is gently hosted and structured around a carefully chosen activity.

Before the session

Arrive, lock your phone away, grab a wine, tea and grazing box.

During the session

A colouring activity helps you settle - then you can read, write or create at your own pace. Your mind may wander - let it!

After the session

Feel free to stay on and chat with the women you've shared the space with or simply head home feeling calmer and ready for a good night's sleep.

We also run longer Evening Retreats that combine reading, writing and collage.

Read with The Switch Off

Rediscover the pleasure of uninterrupted reading.

Bring your own book or choose one from our library, settle into a peaceful space and enjoy quiet reading time alongside others doing the same.

No introductions.

No pressure to share.

Just time to get lost in a good book.

Write with The Switch Off

Make space for your thoughts.

A gentle writing session designed to help clear mental clutter and reconnect with yourself.

Bring your own journal or use our prompts to guide your reflection.

No experience needed.

No perfect words required.

Just time to write.

Collage with The Switch Off

Create without expectations.

Explore images, colours and textures to create something personal and meaningful.

No artistic experience needed.

No right or wrong way to create.

Just time to play and express yourself.
